"After a year and a half of leg pain stemming from issues with my lumbar spine, making walking difficult and sometimes nearly impossible, and having been referred to several doctors with multiple recommendations and procedures all with no relief, I was finally referred to Pain Zero and saw Dr Harris. After an initial evaluation and reviewing my previous medical records he performed and injection in my thigh and I have been pain free, ever since! Thanks Dr. Harris. "Dr. Marcus Harris (New Albany Pain Zero) is incredibly bright and responsive to my needs. He never rushes appointments and always outlines our plan for pain, including back up options if needed. He’s very thoughtful, compassionate and listens well. This is definitely a very transparent physician who prioritizes care of patient over ego unlike so many other pain management doctors’ possess. He also recommends the best surgeons if you are in need of joint replacements (as I am now with my hip). My only complaint is that the front office staff, as friendly as they are - were not attentive in returning calls related to latent referrals that they were to send and a couple other random calls with questions. The best part of seeing him, is the bright smile and warm disposition at each and every visit. It’s rare for doctors to instill hope amidst chronic situations, but he’s incredibly uplifting!"
"I wanted to give an honest review so I waited until I had been seen by Dr Harris for 2 years prior to reviewing him. I can confidently say he is the kindest doctor I have ever seen. He really cares. He has an honest conversation about what you can try and I’ve never felt like he forced me into doing something I wasn’t comfortable doing. If you need an injection, he’s your guy. He takes his time and is super gentle. I really can’t say enough great things about him and honestly the whole New Albany staff. They are just as great as he is. I feel like most drs offices either have a really great Dr and poor office staff, or great office staff with a poor Dr. You will get nothing but greatness in the New Albany office. If you have chronic pain, go see Dr Harris. He will truly try his best to help you get your life back."

"My experience at Pain Zero has been nothing short of awesome. Last week I went to pain zero after I had my PCP send over a referral for EDS. When I got to my appointment ( sick with a POTS fit that day) the office told me that my provider called in and canceled my appointment without an explanation. Feeling defeated I just went to my car and cried, after trying to get in touch with my PCP I got a call from Pain Zero saying they will see me regardless of the error my PCP made. It wasn’t even their error to fix but they helped me anyway. Then today I go in and meet Dr.Harris who ends up being one of the best doctors I’ve ever received care from. He listened to me, took his time and he’s hilarious. He definitely made me feel comfortable and heard, I am certainly looking forward to my care under him."

"I made the mistake of going with a Dr. Who was closer to home AFTER meeting with Dr. Harris. After being made to feel even less than human by the Dr. I chose based solely on location I found myself back at Dr.Harris’ office a second time almost 5 months later in more pain than when I met with him the first time. Dr.Harris listened to my concerns with the intent to offer solutions. He took the time to answer my questions and offer explanations when needed. I wish I had made the decision to stay with him months ago and could have saved myself a tremendous amount of pain. Dr. Harris is respectful, patient and truly cares. Do something right for yourself and go see him. I promise you will not be disappointed."
"I really like Dr. Harris! He takes the time to listen, and answer, any and all questions I may have! You can definitely tell that Dr. Harris truly cares about his patients! If I had to give any negative feedback, I thought it was a little rude when my appointment with Dr. Harris was interrupted by an office employee to ask a non urgent question about another patient. But Dr. Harris handled it very quickly and professionally! But overall, I think becoming a patient at Pain Zero is definitely worth it!"
