Pain Zero offers X-Ray, CAT Scan, and MRI Reviews to potential patients. Once submitted, our expert medical team will review your scans. After our review of your files, our office will verify your virtual appointment time to discuss the results via virtual consultation session. You will receive consultation paperwork. During your virtual consultation, our medical team will discuss your options, whether conservative, interventional, surgical, and/or cutting edge therapies for you.

  By uploading your medical images, you acknowledge and agree:

  1. That your personally identifiable health care information can be shared with employees of Pain Zero.
  2. That the image review is providing only an informational review of the documents that you are providing and a future in-person visit may be warranted.
  3. That the information provided by our Physicians is not a comprehensive diagnosis. A diagnosis can only be made if you have been physically examined by a Pain Zero Physician.

  Upon receipt of your medical images, Pain Zero will not share your personally identifiable health care information with third parties without your written consent.
