"I went to pain zero because I have a lot of issues that no one else was helping me with. I saw doctor T's PA who was very nice and knowledgeable and listened to me. Then she brought the doctor in and he was very nice as well and actually listened to me (unlike any other doctor I've ever seen). He didn't make me feel like my issues were made up or insignificant, in fact he was very concerned and referred me to a neurosurgeon to see if one of my main issues can actually be fixed which in turn will help a lot of my other issues. I would definitely highly recommend pain zero and Dr T."

"This place is amazing and the best Pain Clinic I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredible! And Lesley Newell is the best!!!! Having 17 spine surgeries I’ve had a lot of nerve damage and neurological junk going on with my legs and arms that I’ve dealt with for several years that nobody could seem to help with. After my visit with Leslie Newell, she solved that for me and I am just amazed that this lady knew exactly what to do to help me and now I haven’t dealt with that neurological issue now for a little over a month. "I have been in pain pretty much my entire life I've had a lot of pain issues before I fell in 2000 on ice then after being looked over and not taking care of or taking seriously because I was a big girl I had to have surgery in 2018 it was considered a clinical fail it destroyed all the nerve endings in my spine and I live in pain constantly I have fibromyalgia spinal stenosis scoliosis and much more much much more and the day that I was blessed to meet Dr Harris and his team was answered prayers for many years and for many people. Everyone there so welcoming and friendly treat you like family and not like you're a druggie looking for pain medicine I have been treated like that for years and overlooked I've never wanted more help with my pain than now and I was blessed to find him Dr Harris is the sweetest guy he will do anything he can to make you feel comfortable and help you with your pain he is gentle he's understanding he's human and people that understand what I mean will get that! If you want a group of amazing people to help you with any type of issues related to pain you need to reach out and give him a try don't give up I didn't and I finally found someone well God did cuz I've been praying so hard and this is who he sent me! "I absolutely can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Pain Zero. Dr. Mukhdomi and his staff are in my opinion are a truly unbelievable team of professionals. Of course as many of know, having any kind of procedure can be a little stressful. Dr. Mukhdomi and his team of medical professionals were calm, understanding, and receptive to my medical condition, they were prepared and addressed my issues seamlessly. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Many of you may bulk at this next statement, but heed my words, this medical team knows what their doing. 5 days ago I was having trouble functioning normally because my back and rib pain was so severe. Today, (I'm not exaggerating) I am literally almost completely pain free. I can't thank Dr. Mukhdomi and his team enough. This next part is a testament to my assessment. I had a completely different issue (I broke 2 ribs) and told him about it and the pain I was experiencing and he actually took the time and addressed that as well. "Dr Harris is a nice doctor I am the home health care aide and then her nurse for Catherine Brandon Dr Harris is focusing mainly on her back her sciatic nerve in her right knee has been giving her problem for years and years also the RSV in the right hand maybe that y'all can focus more on the pain because she does have physical therapy through constant home health Care and we're not able to continue our therapy until she gets her pain management under control that was the whole point of Dr Raymond Peters sending her to your office to get her pain management under control he wasn't able to give her the right dosage in amount to keep it under control so we would like to take this under consideration my name is Billy I am her nurse this is Brandon is in pain totally she had two knee replacements in 2017 on that right knee that sciatic nerve is been destroyed every since then also from the inflamed back she had that you keep getting shots in that's just making it more inflamed but other than that Dr Marcus hair she loves me so we just wish you would get her dosage right and her amount she takes because Dr Raymond Peter had her up to two to three pills a day now that she's down to two pills this doesn't do anything for Mrs Brandon right now she's back in her hospital bed because of the pain so whatever we need to do to get Ms Brandon back up mobile and living in till she can live you're really appreciate it thank you"

"I had my nerve stimulator put in permanent on March 31. At first it was rough because they cut you open. My back felt so much better after the pain wore off after the third day. I would recommend it to all who will listen. It only took 46 minutes from beginning to end. I'm truly grateful. I got to go home after the sedition wore off. My brother even came up to visit from Chicago who wears a Lavad unit to surprise me . He and his wife. It was like if he can do it I can do it. Won't He do it Yeah He will."

"I've been dealing with chronic pain for two decades, and in my experience, we're at the mercy of the level of compassion the entire office has to give. I've felt very "validated" and "optimistic" at Pain Zero, with the doctors and nurses really listening to me and not rushing me in and out. They've taken the time to actually speak to my referring physician and advocate for me so that I can try to live a normal life like everyone else. I'm so happy this is where my surgeon sent me! AND! Let's keep it real, NO ONE wants to call their doctors office and have to deal with unpleasant, nasty and rude office staff. That is not the case at Pain Zero, they're all so kind and always answer my questions and never make me feel rushed or pushed along. The ONLY thing I'd say they could do different is open on office in Newark or Heath BUT I will not complain about driving to New Albany or even Westerville. It's entirely worth it."

"Dr Lesley Newell is such a wonderful caring doctor. She sits down with you and tells you what she is thinking in to what is best with you. Then she really listens to what you have to say. If something she prescribes doesn’t work well for you she researches what may work better for you and discusses that option with you. When both of you agree on trying something new your next visit she will sit down with you again about how the new prescription worked for you. What makes her so awesome is that she listens, cares and actually hears what you say. She never rushes through your appointment. I just wish there was more doctors just like her."
"After a year and a half of leg pain stemming from issues with my lumbar spine, making walking difficult and sometimes nearly impossible, and having been referred to several doctors with multiple recommendations and procedures all with no relief, I was finally referred to Pain Zero and saw Dr Harris. "Short review: Overall, very nice staff and my first appointment went quick and smooth and I walked out with a treatment plan same day and a month follow up to see how it’s going, which I was very happy about!Long review: Only had one appointment so far, but went really great. Receptionist was kind & cheerful, nurse was nice too. The doctor- Mukhdomi- is already prescribing me treatments to help my pain same day & some imaging to see where I’m at. He also seems to understand my limitations & is trying to work around them.The one criticism I have is that I did feel a little rushed in my appointment. I usually feel unheard when a doctor rushes me but surprisingly, I did feel heard even though I was rushed because of how knowledgable Mukhdomi was & how he had recommended treatments that seemed like they would actually help me. In my experience with chronic pain, I’m usually bugging doctors to try different treatments and they just shrug me off.I think one of the other reasons I didn’t mind being rushed was their new patient intake is very thorough about making sure all symptoms & areas of pain on the entire body are documented. It was like the most questions I’ve ever been asked about my pain! It made me feel like they really care because of how in depth it was, & I really liked that. It also asked me what I’ve already tried before coming here, so we didn’t even have to have too much of a conversation about my history and immediately began discussing other options.At the end of my visit when scheduling a follow up, I was also informed that some doctors (including Mukhdomi) treat at multiple Pain Zero locations, which is great for me since I live farther away from Grove City."

"Dr. Marcus Harris (New Albany Pain Zero) is incredibly bright and responsive to my needs. He never rushes appointments and always outlines our plan for pain, including back up options if needed. He’s very thoughtful, compassionate and listens well. This is definitely a very transparent physician who prioritizes care of patient over ego unlike so many other pain management doctors’ possess. He also recommends the best surgeons if you are in need of joint replacements (as I am now with my hip). My only complaint is that the front office staff, as friendly as they are - were not attentive in returning calls related to latent referrals that they were to send and a couple other random calls with questions. The best part of seeing him, is the bright smile and warm disposition at each and every visit. It’s rare for doctors to instill hope amidst chronic situations, but he’s incredibly uplifting!"
"I wanted to give an honest review so I waited until I had been seen by Dr Harris for 2 years prior to reviewing him. I can confidently say he is the kindest doctor I have ever seen. He really cares. He has an honest conversation about what you can try and I’ve never felt like he forced me into doing something I wasn’t comfortable doing. If you need an injection, he’s your guy. He takes his time and is super gentle. I really can’t say enough great things about him and honestly the whole New Albany staff. They are just as great as he is. I feel like most drs offices either have a really great Dr and poor office staff, or great office staff with a poor Dr. You will get nothing but greatness in the New Albany office. If you have chronic pain, go see Dr Harris. He will truly try his best to help you get your life back."

The nurses and providers have been very professional and compassionate, while actively listening to my concerns.I have been experiencing moderate to severe chronic pain for over 20 years due to multiple conditions, exacerbated by a recent MVA, and have seen countless providers, many of whom treated me as just a number. These providers have actually taken the time to listen and ask relevant questions about my medical and treatment history, and have allowed me to not only express my preference of future treatment, but also why I prefer a specific treatment (the ITP). They have been extremely thorough in explaining the pros and cons of an ITP and stepping me through the entire process starting with insurance approval. I can honestly say this is the first time I have actually felt “heard” since my pain first began over 20 years ago, and certainly the most optimistic I’ve felt about the possibility of having a chance at a ‘normal’ life.I have read reviews of others stating that they were told they would be set up for an ITP but never were, so I am cautiously hopeful, but I have been given absolutely no reason so far to doubt this office’s integrity, so i will have to keep you posted on this.I do have to give special mention to the receptionist, Daisy, who has been incredibly helpful and kind through my many many questions… she’s been the absolute best. "The injections that were performed on my back did the trick. I was little to no pain when I walked out of the office. It’s still early ( 7 days ) but my back feels good. The last injection I had was 13 months ago ( May 2024 ) I had very little pain ( scale 1-10 had a 2 ), but started stiffening up in late April so I said something to him to schedule a June 2025 injection. I received the injections and now feeling good, takes several weeks for the medication to fully kick in and do its job. When we did the lower back injections ( RFA ) he uses large 16 gauge needles for better results and after I got up off of the table I didn’t know how to act, the back felt great , still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. Was doing some hard labor ( laying and breaking up concrete ) but only felt some muscle aches but no back pains like I had. What a relief it was!! Dr Marcus Harris did what 5 back doctors couldn’t do the last 24 yrs. The only things those doctors did for me was to make me comfortable by giving me pain medication to treat my pain, Dr Harris treated the problem, my back and gave me months of relief, so glad he came into my life at a very difficult time."

When we did the lower back injections ( 4 discs ) with a large needle and after I got up off of the table I didn’t know how to act, it ( back ) felt great , still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. Was doing some hard labor ( laying and breaking up concrete ) but only felt some muscle aches but no back pains like I had. What a relief it was!! Dr Marcus Harris did what 5 back doctors couldn’t do the last 23 yrs. From the front desk to the x-ray technician this place will put you at ease when you are in pain. I have had multiple procedures done here over the past couple of year to include a lumbar facet joint injection, transformational epidural steroid injections, inter laminal epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, and the most recent being the trial of a Medtronic spinal cord stimulator to name a few. Dr. T and his staff have made every one of these procedures as comfortable as possible. I feel every employee at this location cares. They treat you with dignity and respect. "Since I've been going to Dr Marcus Harris at Pain zero I had a lot of neck pain on both sides of my neck I got six plates two rods in my neck Dr Harris did some epidurals didn't like that too much then he did some trigger shots worked out real good did both sides of my neck the next day I felt where the pressure of the needles where he's injected in but after that lot of the pain went away I've been back got more injections had my shoulder done right one did trigger shots on that helped out real decent I'm getting ready to do some more injections on my neck and shoulder again looking to do some on my lower back can't wait I know it's the pain is going to go away for a while if you're not scared of needles and some little injections little pinches well it's like first time you go in and get them injections might take you a few months to get everything together when he starts doing it but believe me I can't wait till the next one cuz I know the pain is not going to be there afterwards maybe a day or so afterwards after the injections calm down but after that it's like I never had pain thanks for listening Sidney"

"I've been coming here for 4 months now after trying to manage my back pain issues with every other treatment and medicine that my previous specialists offered from May 2022 until Nov 2023. In these 4 months I've had more improvement in mobility and pain relief than i did in all of 2022 and 2023. I've also seen a significant weight loss from being able to move better, cook my own food, and work again. Pain Zero also offer medicine when needed between procedures and more importantly they listen to the issues you're having and provide safe and effective pain relief. I wish I would have came here 2 years ago when my issues first started, but I'm thankful to have found a great doctor and pain management center now. Why I would suggest Pain Zero over a place that rhymes with Northo Oro for spine and neck issues through my personal experience. (Dr. C and his orthopedic team at "Northo Oro" are awesome!) I feel Dr Taif at Pain Zero listened to my issues and concerns with the pain and offered options he felt was best for me. I was very hesitant after many short lived & underwhelming procedures at the other places. Pain Zero offers all the same out patient surgical procedures as the bigger ortho centers. The difference in that is the big centers have around 30 people on staff and PZ has about 5. So the costs of the procedures are far less and you don't have an audience in the room either like the other place."
