"I've been too a few doctors since I've been in chronic pain for the last 30 years & I can say this is one of the nicest places I've been.They actually take their time and listen to you. They explained a plan on how to help me. Their staff is very professional just like the doctors. They treat you like a person, I almost gave up hope anyone really cared or understood the hell of chronic pain that you go through every minute of the day but, I can say they give me some hope that I could get some relief finally. "It was my first visit to the Grove City office The staff and Dr T were very reassuring I felt very comfortable he made me feel as if we had known each other a long time his recommendations were a couple injections which always make me nervous I hate needles but his plan of action and the way he explained everything made me feel much more at ease I look forward to being released of a lot of this pain and following his plan he explained everything so well and I learned a lot about my bones and my back from him I never knew before! "Today was my second visit at Pain Zero in Westerville and, so far, I have been very pleased. The nurses and providers have been very professional and compassionate, while actively listening to my concerns.I have been experiencing moderate to severe chronic pain for over 20 years due to multiple conditions, exacerbated by a recent MVA, and have seen countless providers, many of whom treated me as just a number. These providers have actually taken the time to listen and ask relevant questions about my medical and treatment history, and have allowed me to not only express my preference of future treatment, but also why I prefer a specific treatment (the ITP). They have been extremely thorough in explaining the pros and cons of an ITP and stepping me through the entire process starting with insurance approval. I can honestly say this is the first time I have actually felt “heard” since my pain first began over 20 years ago, and certainly the most optimistic I’ve felt about the possibility of having a chance at a ‘normal’ life.I have read reviews of others stating that they were told they would be set up for an ITP but never were, so I am cautiously hopeful, but I have been given absolutely no reason so far to doubt this office’s integrity, so i will have to keep you posted on this.I do have to give special mention to the receptionist, Daisy, who has been incredibly helpful and kind through my many many questions… she’s been the absolute best. Thank you to the entire staff."

"The injections that were performed on my back did the trick. I was little to no pain when I walked out of the office. It’s still early ( 7 days ) but my back feels good. The last injection I had was 13 months ago ( May 2024 ) I had very little pain ( scale 1-10 had a 2 ), but started stiffening up in late April so I said something to him to schedule a June 2025 injection. I received the injections and now feeling good, takes several weeks for the medication to fully kick in and do its job. When we did the lower back injections ( RFA ) he uses large 16 gauge needles for better results and after I got up off of the table I didn’t know how to act, the back felt great , still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. Was doing some hard labor ( laying and breaking up concrete ) but only felt some muscle aches but no back pains like I had. What a relief it was!! Dr Marcus Harris did what 5 back doctors couldn’t do the last 24 yrs. The only things those doctors did for me was to make me comfortable by giving me pain medication to treat my pain, Dr Harris treated the problem, my back and gave me months of relief, so glad he came into my life at a very difficult time."

She is very down to earth speaks to you on your level and you can feel her intellect and compassion come through during your appointment. She treats you as an individual not a number and part of her paycheck. If this incredible person is willing to be real in front of the world try to imagine the lengths that she would go to insure that her patients are treated as individuals and that they receive the care that they deserve as an individual. Not a cookie cutter treatment plan which is one size fits all. Which would make her money but in the long run the plan wouldn't be the best plan for you. She won't fall into the influences of big pharma, n or the commercial advertising or bull sh*t that the drug reps bring to her office or allow herself to be bought and push only the meds from the companies that line her pockets. This lady is going to keep it real and treat each case as an individual and move heaven and earth to make sure she provides you with the best care for you as an individual."

"The injections that were performed on my back did the trick. I was pain free when I walked out of the office. It’s still early ( 5 hrs so far ) but my back feels good. The last injection I had was back in early November so almost 4 months of pain free relief, but started stiffening up in April so I got the injections and now feeling good, takes about 5 days to kick in . I have been seeing Dr Harris for about 3 years. When we did the lower back injections ( 4 discs ) with a large needle and after I got up off of the table I didn’t know how to act, it ( back ) felt great , still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. Was doing some hard labor ( laying and breaking up concrete ) but only felt some muscle aches but no back pains like I had. What a relief it was!! Dr Marcus Harris did what 5 back doctors couldn’t do the last 23 yrs. All those doctors did for me was to make me comfortable by giving me medication to treat my pain, Dr Harris treated the problem, my back and gave me months of relief, so glad he came into my life at a very difficult time."

From the front desk to the x-ray technician this place will put you at ease when you are in pain. I have had multiple procedures done here over the past couple of year to include a lumbar facet joint injection, transformational epidural steroid injections, inter laminal epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, and the most recent being the trial of a Medtronic spinal cord stimulator to name a few. Dr. T and his staff have made every one of these procedures as comfortable as possible. I feel every employee at this location cares. They treat you with dignity and respect. Dr. T takes the time to explain procedures and he always seems to be up on the most current medical treatments for pain. "I've been coming here for 4 months now after trying to manage my back pain issues with every other treatment and medicine that my previous specialists offered from May 2022 until Nov 2023. In these 4 months I've had more improvement in mobility and pain relief than i did in all of 2022 and 2023. I've also seen a significant weight loss from being able to move better, cook my own food, and work again. Pain Zero also offer medicine when needed between procedures and more importantly they listen to the issues you're having and provide safe and effective pain relief. I wish I would have came here 2 years ago when my issues first started, but I'm thankful to have found a great doctor and pain management center now. Why I would suggest Pain Zero over a place that rhymes with Northo Oro for spine and neck issues through my personal experience. (Dr. C and his orthopedic team at "Northo Oro" are awesome!) I feel Dr Taif at Pain Zero listened to my issues and concerns with the pain and offered options he felt was best for me. I was very hesitant after many short lived & underwhelming procedures at the other places. Pain Zero offers all the same out patient surgical procedures as the bigger ortho centers. The difference in that is the big centers have around 30 people on staff and PZ has about 5. So the costs of the procedures are far less and you don't have an audience in the room either like the other place."

When I got to my appointment ( sick with a POTS fit that day) the office told me that my provider called in and canceled my appointment without an explanation. Feeling defeated I just went to my car and cried, after trying to get in touch with my PCP I got a call from Pain Zero saying they will see me regardless of the error my PCP made. "Finding a pain doctor willing and wanting to work with you is difficult. Then there are the long waiting list or they can't get you in for a couple of weeks. Finding a doctor with workable hours of 7:30 am to 5 pm is not easy. So sharing this place with those that need help with pain is wonderful. When I am here they treat me wonderful. Any questions or issues they will do all they can to help you. Most places don't talk to you about the long term usage of certain medications but here they are up front about your medications . "I saw Dr. Harris 01/04/24 and he was fantastic. I was so impressed by how much time he spent with me, how much he knew about EDS, and how validating he was. It is hard to find physicians that believe you. Being a young woman with chronic pain and chronic illnesses that a lot of physicians do not even take seriously makes getting the care that I need really difficult. Dr. Harris was very easy to talk to and he definitely took me seriously. Also, as someone who knows a lot about EDS and constantly has to educate my doctors about it, I did not have to do this at this appointment. From meeting with Dr. Mukhdomi over many months, I learned the following: 1. He answers questions directly and without hesitation. 2. If he orders a diagnostic such as an MRI, he reviews both the report and image with the patient; he’s willing to answer any and all questions … What’s wrong, Where in the image is the problem, What are the range of treatment options, etc. All in terms a non-medical person can understand - no jargon. 3. I have had two in-offices procedures and both performed by Dr. Mukhdomi. Both times he demonstrated noteworthy skill and accuracy. 4. "The injections that were performed on my back did the trick. I was pain free when I walked out of the office. It’s still early ( 10 hrs so far ) but my back feels great. The last injection I had was back in late May, so 3 months of pain free for the first time in 25 years . I didn’t know how to act, still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. Was doing some hard labor ( laying and breaking up concrete ) but only felt some muscle aches but no back pains like I had. What a relief it was!!
