"This was my first visit to Zero Pain. Everyone was nice..The nurse practitioner asked me many questions about my pain so when the Dr. came in he had suggestions on how to help me. I hope to make as few visits as I can as I live 1 hour and 10 min. away..The Dr. Eexplained everything very well so I could decide which treatment I choose to pursue. I have tried so many things to get my pain under control after having a full fusion of my spine in 2024. I am praying this time something works through this office. "The injections that were performed on my back did the trick. I was little to no pain when I walked out of the office. It’s still early ( 7 days ) but my back feels good. The last injection I had was 13 months ago ( May 2024 ) I had very little pain ( scale 1-10 had a 2 ), but started stiffening up in late April so I said something to him to schedule a June 2025 injection. I received the injections and now feeling good, takes several weeks for the medication to fully kick in and do its job. When we did the lower back injections ( RFA ) he uses large 16 gauge needles for better results and after I got up off of the table I didn’t know how to act, the back felt great , still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. Was doing some hard labor ( laying and breaking up concrete ) but only felt some muscle aches but no back pains like I had. What a relief it was!! Dr Marcus Harris did what 5 back doctors couldn’t do the last 24 yrs. The only things those doctors did for me was to make me comfortable by giving me pain medication to treat my pain, Dr Harris treated the problem, my back and gave me months of relief, so glad he came into my life at a very difficult time."

"This was the first appointment that I have had with doctor Newell and I must say it was quite the pleasurable experience. She is very down to earth speaks to you on your level and you can feel her intellect and compassion come through during your appointment. She treats you as an individual not a number and part of her paycheck. She made the atmosphere very very comfortable with her demeanor, attitude and for me personally, the way she expresses herself with her mannerism, attire, and accessories. The way I see it. anyone that chooses to express who they are no matter what platform their professional life is on its going to always tell you like it is. Especially if the platform is set in a profession that leaves their success very vulnerable to this narrow minded society that we are forced to live in one which labels everything so that they can then judge it and then they pass negative judgements of which they do not possess the intellect, experience, knowledge, or understanding to do so. To sum this up so that I don't end up writing a book. If this incredible person is willing to be real in front of the world try to imagine the lengths that she would go to insure that her patients are treated as individuals and that they receive the care that they deserve as an individual. Not a cookie cutter treatment plan which is one size fits all. Which would make her money but in the long run the plan wouldn't be the best plan for you. She won't fall into the influences of big pharma, n or the commercial advertising or bull sh*t that the drug reps bring to her office or allow herself to be bought and push only the meds from the companies that line her pockets. This lady is going to keep it real and treat each case as an individual and move heaven and earth to make sure she provides you with the best care for you as an individual."

The last injection I had was back in early November so almost 4 months of pain free relief, but started stiffening up in April so I got the injections and now feeling good, takes about 5 days to kick in . When we did the lower back injections ( 4 discs ) with a large needle and after I got up off of the table I didn’t know how to act, it ( back ) felt great , still did things with caution but soon forgot about watching what I did. "Since I've been going to Dr Marcus Harris at Pain zero I had a lot of neck pain on both sides of my neck I got six plates two rods in my neck Dr Harris did some epidurals didn't like that too much then he did some trigger shots worked out real good did both sides of my neck the next day I felt where the pressure of the needles where he's injected in but after that lot of the pain went away I've been back got more injections had my shoulder done right one did trigger shots on that helped out real decent I'm getting ready to do some more injections on my neck and shoulder again looking to do some on my lower back can't wait I know it's the pain is going to go away for a while if you're not scared of needles and some little injections little pinches well it's like first time you go in and get them injections might take you a few months to get everything together when he starts doing it but believe me I can't wait till the next one cuz I know the pain is not going to be there afterwards maybe a day or so afterwards after the injections calm down but after that it's like I never had pain thanks for listening Sidney"

"Finding a pain doctor willing and wanting to work with you is difficult. Then there are the long waiting list or they can't get you in for a couple of weeks. Finding a doctor with workable hours of 7:30 am to 5 pm is not easy. So sharing this place with those that need help with pain is wonderful. When I am here they treat me wonderful. "The injections that were performed on my back did the trick. I was pain free when I walked out of the office. It’s still early ( 10 hrs so far ) but my back feels great. The last injection I had was back in late May, so 3 months of pain free for the first time in 25 years . "Today I had a back injection done, and I was nervous! Unfortunately I'm still in pain but everybody's body is different, and I have been dealing with alot of pain for quite some time now. This isn't my first time getting this done, but it's been awhile since I did it last and wanted to try it again. Dr. Harris explained everything to me about what was being done today, and he also walked me through every step while he was doing the procedure. Dr. Harris made me feel very comfortable, and made sure I was doing good during and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He listens to you, and won't make you try or do anything that you don't want to do that makes you feel like your just a guinea pig. And this is why I recommend Dr. Harris!! Oh, and let's not leave out his stuff at Pain Zero. They are very nice, helpful, professional, and they too explain and answer any questions that they can help you with."
"Typically, I do not do reviews but I believe I must do so for Dr. Harris & Pain Zero. Yesterday was my 1st appt w/Dr. Harris. Unfortunately, I’ve been in pain management for 5 yrs; and have felt like a chess piece on a chess board. My 1st doctor sold his practice & the 2nd one closed down. As Pain Zero has many locations around Columbus I, finally, feel as if I’ve found a comfortable place to land. Although, I don’t know how to best describe Dr. Harris w/just 1 word. Still, he is kind, patient, understanding & even a bit funny. Even though Dr. Harris is all those things, he too is informative. I learned so much from him regarding pain medication. Facts that I never knew or even thought about. If u want serious help w/your pain from someone who truly cares, go c Dr. Harris. If u just want a script & that’s it. Don’t even consider any of Pain Zero’s 4 locations. Unless, you’d like help with your problem b/c they do that too."

"Pain zero services two locations. One in grove city and one in new Albany. New Albany is much closer to me however; I drive the extra miles to see Dr.Harris. I’ve had three visits with him and he recently performed an SIJ injection for me. Very gentle with the needles and is helping to resolve multiple pain issues simultaneously instead of focusing on just one issue. Dr.Harris is professional, courteous, respectful and cares. These are very difficult traits to find in a doctor and I truly believe he will help keep me functioning as long as possible.
